Your chance to influence WOC#3

Tell me about what you would like to do? cardio? weights? Do you have a goal you are trying to accomplish? or maybe want to learn how to do something new? I am pondering next weeks workout challenge, I make no promises, but maybe if you comment- I will take your suggestions into mind. :)

I like the yoga idea!! I am not flexible AT ALL so I think it would be good for me.

I second the Yoga... mostly cause I want validation on how NOT easy it really is!

I have the flexibility range of an elderly man in a body cast... With rigor mortis setting in. I hate yoga... But I think it would be good for me.

You should throw in some Tabata workouts in there, google it.

I'm loving Lauren kicking your butts girls, this is hilarious! But I'm sure that it's also painful. Hang in there, you're doing great!

Kicking our butts is only half of it!! She is more like killing us!!!

I think Yoga is fine or pilates....I think these ladies are looking for a low impact workout!! I think what we have been doing is fine :D
