I love this! YES YES YES we need another video. AND for those of you who don't know, PATRICK has been lifting soo hard! He is getting ripped! (oh la la). I think he needs to post pics.... or at least post more often. What about a post on the joys of protein shakes with 8 million supplements?! LOL

BRAT!! I will go ahead, and post one..tomorrow! I gotta give my wee little arms a rest, I lifted 7.5lbs in each arm last night, a FEW times! Im spent.
