Dear Butt..

DEAR BUTT,
I'd like it if you were perky, round & firm..
How to obtain this, I must learn..
Im tired of you being flat--like a pancake.
A future of "mom jeans" I forsake!
A dimple, a pimple? I don't want these!
I want something worth a squeeze!
Please My Butt, My Rear-end, My Behind..
The solution for my plight I MUST FIND!

hahahahahaha. run stadiums, do lots of lunges WITH weights, squats work too, and Leg curls- just remember if you are trying to build that round bum muscle- put on the heaviest weight you can- and lift away! I am sure there are more creative ways... but the tried and true always work for me!

i do lunges & squats--Ill add more weight! Don't get me wrong, I Feel the burn--but no results! Thanks Lo.

Mares...trust me, be grateful for your no-butt. As one who has enough junk in the trunk to qualify as two butts, it is much easier to gain a butt, than to lose one. Age, having a few babies, etc...will help you gain one in no time. :) Just concentrate on keeping yours little. :)
