So after one small anxiety attack, I have commited-2 sprint workouts a week. I am freaking scared. But that usually means that its a good thing, so bring on the speed workouts. I already did one on Monday, and lets just say- I wanted to vomit. AND my legs haven't been that sore in YEARS. Thats right I said years. Not even after 400 tippie toe lunges. It was tear worthy. And I LOVED it. Bring on Saturday! Patrick is going to run with me. It pisses me off when he beats me because he never trains for anything cardio. Plus I just hate losing to him. But that is all part of the plan to make me push to the limit, because he is faster than I am. Either way I am ready. Bring the Pain.

I hope you win the race on Saturday! I hate those people who don't have to work that hard and are already good....
