Every workout has a certain amount of points for finishing completely. The timed portion of the runs must remain the same, no extra pace is required, and you CAN add additional time to the walking portions if needed. All of this is included in the points PER workout.
Bonus points. You can earn these on every one of the workouts.
*Posting afterwards=1pt Every time.
*Posting a Pic taken during or after your workout= 1pt every time.
*NOT adding additional walking time=1 pt (this would NOT apply to the 3 miler as there is no walking specifics).
*Running on a track or outside=1 pt EVERY WORKOUT (including the 3 miler).
OR
*Running at a 4.2 pace on a treadmill= 1 pt EVERY WORKOUT (including the 3 miler- Cause if your going to run it at that pace after the workouts you've already done... YOU BET I WILL GIVE YOU A POINT!)
*Doing a 400 meter or 2x200 meter sprints after each workout= 1 point every time.
And the ways to get bonus points for the week are:
*Finishing all three workouts by Saturday. I didn't specify a time and I can see how this is misleading. Did I mean Friday night you had to be done or just anytime on Saturday? Well originally I meant Friday night. But because it could have been confusing, i will compromise. Get it done by noon on Saturday. Text me and/or post by 12:30. =1 bonus point for the week.
*Extra workouts= 1 bonus point each. When I wrote that I intended it to be a bonus for those of you who do more than 3 hellish workouts this week. I meant actual workouts. Then I remembered after that you guys get points for nerf wars, and intense cleaning, yada yada yada. You counted them as "workouts" or whatever. So I wavered, give points for those or just for actual workouts. Back and forth in my mind. But my conclusion is to keep it with my original intent. You get 1 bonus point PER extra workout (actual exercise) this week. Unless you do 2 hard exercise sessions a day, as in 2 separate 20+ min workouts, this would mean probably about 1 point per day of the week of the challenge. Since a week has 7 days, and I gave you 3 workouts, that would mean most likely 4 possible bonus points for the week.
And I would like to say that the challenge officially ends Sunday evening. Again giving you the whole 7 days.
So to get "max" points for the challenge it looks like this:
*12 pts. completed all 3 workouts.
*3 pts. after workout posts
*3 pts after workout pics
*2 pts NOT adding extra walking
*3 pts running on the track/outside
OR
*3 pts running at 4.2 pace or higher on the treadmill.
*3 pts doing the sprints.
*1 pt Early finish time.
*4 pts Extra Workouts. (if you do have more than 4 extra workouts, lets talk, make sure they count and then this would go up).
Challenge Max= 31 points.
But since that doesn't give you a rest day, and you need your day of rest ;). I am keeping the challenge max at 30 pts.
The first person to hit the challenge max of 30 pts text me. And you will win the babysitting. Maybe its Saturday, maybe its Sunday, maybe someone else will beat you by an hour. eeek! If I was you I would text me as you finish your workout. The race is on.
AND
The person with the MOST points, however many that is (-20 or 30+), gets a healthy lunch on me. :)
Hope its all clear. This is how I originally intended the challenge to be. I will be more specific next time. Sorry.
Lauren

Sheesh Lauren confuse us!! We are just dumb Autism Moms! Remember we pick up on their quirks and so we get confused easily!!! And Annie gets nervous and starts stroking (that sounds dirty) a napkin, and Crystal pulls out a twilight book.....I am not sure if we can recover from so much change!!
