That's right I finish Workout #1!!!!!! ALL OF IT! The runnnnnning.....the push-ups.......and the abs!!! I rock.....I know.
Thanks to Lauren for letting me run on her treadmill and pushing me through the running part I made it! I guess I should hate her for making us do all this hard work...but I am really liking it, because if she wouldn't have pushed us like this....I would never have thought that I was even capable of doing it! :D But since she likes it so much.... I hate you Lauren! :D
So here are the stats:

Total: 6pts YEAH!!!
(Lauren let me know if I messed up on the points...I got a better idea after working with you)
Now deep down I want you all to fail (just because I want the points) but more towards the surface I want you guys to succeed too, because well I guess I like you. So here are some things I learned while doing it....
1. The pace is set on the treadmill, but if you can't keep that pace you can lower your pace (I got down to 3.2 at the end) and keep jogging, it still counts. This was AWESOME!
2. Check to make sure the treadmill is NOT on an incline :D
3. Lady Gaga gets you through the workout
4. Stretching is an awesome thing as well as some advil :D
Good luck my dark ones!! But lets just say I rock for being the first to finish the workout!! :D

woop woop!! You did great today! and yes, running slow is still running! Your body will adjust as you get better at it! The important thing is to keep going!! DON'T STOP! It kills your momentum, and you feel like you failed. Stopping=bad. Slowing down= ok! :)
