Its cool to pee your pants!

This is me... ... after workout #2... BEFORE the vomiting.


Tonight was hard and I am not feeling any "runners high" right now. BUT! I completed the full work-out, as it was written, with no shortening of runs or lengthening of walks AND all at 4.5 mph. I freakin hurt!

I'm way too wasted to calculate points right now, but I'm sure my most amazing sister will take care of that for me...

So, you might be wondering about the title to my post... I noticed that during my workout, my lady parts were getting a bit damp... and NOT in a good way Twin! Anyway, I'm about 93.5% sure that I did NOT pee my pants... well maybe 82.3% (Hey! I have 4 kids!!)...
