Well hello there sexy!
Because I could barely walk this morning, I decided to do workout 3. I was HARD in the beginning. But around the 1.5 mile mark, it got easier! YAY for that! I didn't make the 4.2 mph goal but I feel good about doing the WHOLE TIME on 3.7 mph.
And this was with 3 Catalyst so that tells you how sore I was. I do feel much better after ice and ADVIL.

no pace. Just a distance run/walk. It is meant to be a recovery type run. I know you don't believe that a long run can be recovery.... but it can! :)
