I just finished workout 2 and I HURT!!! I did get my knee pain to go away so that helped but now I have blisters and in the middle of my run, my right foot went numb. Well, at least it didn't hurt right? And now I know to loosen my laces when running! I did learn a way for me to make running easier: focal pts. And imagining my NEW body in a dress I just bought. I think my butt will look amazing. No I'm not VAIN! How could you think such a thing!!
So after the run, I did the lunges. OUCH!!!!! Nuff said. Then I did the pushups and 10 min of core. After the run and lunges, easy peasy. Seriously I think I'll torture myself more often just so stuff like 10 min abs and pushups seem easy.
AND I know the pic is blurry! I told Adam to come downstairs and take my pic in about 15 min. He did, but didn't tell me so I was focusing on my NEW BODY and didn't know he had taken the pic until after. If you had my imagination you wouldn't notice a pic being taken either!
I am SO proud of myself too!! I DID THE 1/4 MILE SPRINT! And I timed it cause if I'm doing it I want to know how long it took me! 2:35 at a pace of 6 mph! I know right! I'm in awe too. And I don't even hate Lauren today! It's an act of GOD!
