As Promised..

Update-a-rooooski!
Last week:
Monday- cycle
Tuesday-ran 2miles (weak)
Wednesday- bleeeblublahhh
Thursday-ran2miles & lifted arms
Friday-slacked
Saturday-ran2miles (in the rain no less!)

So my running was horrid, I am going to run MORE than 2miles this week..it just has to happen..
Also, Lauren, some DETAILS about your workout would be lovely...lol!

And I should probably add that Abs are my nemesis.

don't worry too much about the abs...they get taken care of by the running. Unless of course youre going for a visible six-pack... which I DONT recommend

FINE! Details will come... but just so you know I WAS REALLY REALLY TIRED!!!!! No sympathy! :( ANYWAY- Abs are the worst... I HATE them!!!!!!! Good job on the workouts! yeah for running!!!
