Okay so this past week was terrible!!! So emotional (no anti depressants and starting period).....
This is for week 24th to the 30th.
Weight: 270.2 - Down 1 lbs!! AMAZING!!!
Nutrition: only 2 days!! Yuck- no points
Exercise: What we are suppose to do this?? -no points
Measurements:
Arms: 16.5" (same)
Chest: 47" (same)
Bust: 49" (same)
Underbust: 41" (same)
Upper Waist: 45.5" (same)
Waist: 47.75" (Down 2.25)
Belly: 53.5" (same)
Hips: 53.5" (same)
Butt: 52" (down 2)
Thighs: 31"(same)
Yeah I get at least one point for some inches lost :D
As for the chocolate challenge: FAILED!!! Too much going on I couldn't handle it. I NEED chocolate. I can handle little amounts but when you take it all away...nope
Now I am told that if we post pictures EACH week. we get the points...so lets bring on LOLA!!!!
I was laughing because I just looked down and there was about a MILE of clevage!! I knew that hubby's check out the site from time to time and I didn't want them to become jealous! (Okay well that is what I tell myself)
Can you tell the difference??? NOT ME but oh well. We still have 2 more months right?

Did you know exercise is supposed to help with depression?! helps with mine. Its another reason to get moving! And bad weeks happen. Lets just start over. This week is going to be great. :)
I had to go back and redo measurements...I wasnt going to but then I did them for the end of phase 1 thing.
My problem with the exercise is STARTING!!!! And sometimes the depression is so bad that I CAN'T start. But today I am feel so much better and I know it's because of the exercise. I think I can make it to Thursday (when insurance will cover them again)....now what about this extra energy?????
