A shout out to Mari & Chris
I thought I would give a shout out to Mari and Chris the day before they leave to paradise! Good work on all your weight loss, and low carb craziness; AND way to run Mari!! I know you guys have worked SO hard and its time you enjoyed the fruits of your labors! I am so proud of you! You guys definitely deserve a vacation! Have fun, indulge a LITTLE (Mari-careful on the juice...j/k ;) and remember to RELAX! :)

No chocolate shake, didnt you learn your lesson last time. Chocolate shake = gross chocolate milk in hawaii
