So I took the week off. Well, mostly- I had a really good intense workout on Monday, followed by a crappy workout Tuesday.... So I got pissed (who me?) and took the rest of the week off. I should note here that I DID actually walk (brisk but easy pace) , Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday nights. But since my intensity was so low- I am not counting it. I am feeling a bit guilty, and hopefully will be able to get back into the groove this week! Wish me luck! (and NO I haven't ever heard of over training before! Sheesh!!)
