Try this cross fit work out and tell me what you get! :)
In 20 min- see how many times you can go through this sequence:
5 pull ups
10 push ups
15 squats
Sounds Easy right?!?! Its not...... :)
I just did it, and I can't hardly THINK. I am so tired!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i already know...i can't do a pull up so i lose
I can't do pull ups alone yet either! I did the machine that assists you!!! It was still SO hard. I made it 10 times through- but had to have help with the pullups and whimped out after a bit and did girl pushups! So embarassing!!!!!!
i am going to try it & tell you how it went for me!! i am guessing 3 times through...lol. no joke.
