to get my BUTT back in shape. I started today- and MAN, it sucked! :( I am trying a new challenge- Cross Fit! It should be fun, and slightly painful. Also I am trying to decide....
To run another MARATHON (in DEC) or not.....? It is the ultimate question. :) Any suggestions?

Yowza, a 2nd marathon?!? You are brave! It would be incredibly awesome of you buy it just sounds hard. LOL. I know someone who does Crosfit-- it's tough stuff! You will enjoy the challenge and if you are looking to kick your own butt that's a good way!
