I need a PLAN!! I have been out of the "habit" for too long!! That is what a month of craziness gets you! ANy ideas???? HHHHHEEEEEEEEEELP!
Also it has to be gym free- because I will be in UT away from my pretty gym for about a month! SOOOO anything? Anyone?

I would still make yourself a work out schedule and stick to it STRICTLY! Can be outdoor stuff, lunges across Cherry Hill's field, jumping rope (which is actually amazing cardio), push ups, crunches, etc. just a thought?? And be strict abotu food....being in UT can be super hard cuz its just "fun" time--but try to do your best to get in two healthy meals a day or something. Set realistic, but good goals.
When I was in orange county over the summer I had no gym and little time. Cuttin back on my calorie intake and running about 4 miles a day worked well for me. Over the summer I defintiely lost some muscle. But, I also cut a decent amount of fat. It may not be optimal, but it worked. Just remember it's all about the food. Exercise is important but secondary. Good luck
