Update 3

I now have exactly one week til hawaii.

Still doing 4 days of cardio and 3 days weights per week.

I started this low carb high protein diet Ammon gave me. So far so good. I am down to 162 now, and still consitently losing a pound or 2 per week.

And while I will not have the chiseled body I hoped for by Hawaii, it will at least not be terrible embarrassing.

but Chris really has been doing great, we BOTH want tone & amazing definition..but although we aren't there yet, we are healthy!! & we will keep up our efforts.

Good job babe. you rock. 162!? Does anyone even know what you were at? He (i believe) was around 175? in January!

That's great Chris! Patrick is trying to gain weight and you are trying to lose it... I just think that is kinda funny. BUT good job! enjoy hawaii! Try not to blow your diet TOO much!! :)

Hey bro, hows that diet coming along? I HATE it as much as you do, but it seems to be effective. Keep it up slacker!
As for me, I am trying to gain weight (like Patrick)...just bulk up a little before I RRRRRIIP it up for summer time! But if I were gonna be in Hawaii in one week I would be doing exactly what you are.
