The Next Challenge

OK- this week is all about weights. I am obsessed with lunges, and in UT Mari told me about her AMAZING 200 lunge PER leg routine. She is awesome. So I am going to copy it! Mon, Wed, Fri- I am doing 400+ lunges total! And I am going to lift the rest of my body too, obviously. Tues & Thurs I will still run six miles! OK, as before I will comment everyday to check off my progress!!!!

HAAHHA! WHOA nelly, It wasn't 200 per leg!! 200 TOTAL!! You are hilarious!! I am so very impressed with your determination! & to correct you on the last post's commnets: You do NOT annoy me!

ok 200 per leg. last night- DONE. And i lifted full body too!! I alreday ran 4.25 today- gonna finish tonight. but i might die... it is SERIOUSLY HARD. i had to take 2 breaks before i could finish my lunges!!!

ok so I did monday and tuesday and while i was warming up on WED my knee got hurt. So its off this week. Patrick thinks I might have over done it... I say....there is no such thing as over doing it. :)
