Body fat percentage: Way too high
Goals:
Lift weights 4 times a week.
Jog 2 times a week.
Turn my ab into abs.
Be able to keep up with Mari in a race.
Progress so far:
Last week I didnt run at all, but I did lift 3 times.
So far this week I have lifted twice and jogged once.

Yeah! This will be fun! Its good to have the guys be a part of this... Patrick, you up for this???Now, are you doing a "weight loss" thing or more of a body fat goal?
I hear ya on the body fat percentage.... WAY too high describes me too. Good luck on your goals... Mari is quick!
I care about body composition. Weight is a non-issue for me. I could be 160 or 190, so long as I have 4-7% body fat i would be happy.
